RunStrong Men offers runners of all ages and abilities the opportunity to run with others, participate in 5K and 10K runs and make friends. Our goal is to bring runners together in a casual and fun environment. Our group leaders run routes that satisfy new runners as well as the seasoned veterans. By becoming a RunStrong Man you will also be helping support the RunStrong Kids program.

RunStrong America (RSA) is the parent organization of RunStrong Men, RunStrong Women, RunStrong Boys and RunStrong Corporate. RSA is an organization committed to encourage families to live a healthy, active and fun lifestyle. With programs soon to be located across the United States RSA plans to rapidly establish a group of volunteers to begin RunStrong programs in your home town. Volunteers will serve as role models for the youth programs through assisting and coaching. RunStrong Kids will be delivered in these areas through after-school programs, recreation centers and other community settings.
